Mrs Zvonka Kajba is a full-time teacher and a spare-time play director. She has recently directed a play Princ in srce, which was quite a success. We asked her a few questions:

  1. How long have you been working here?

I came to this school in the school year 2010/11.

  1. What is the hardest part about being a teacher?

Trying to help students to find themselves; helping them become the best they can possibly be.

  1. What is the hardest part about being a play director?

Directing this particular play wasn’t difficult – I was just the coordinator. The actors did most of the work.

  1. What gives you the energy to work full time and in your spare time?

I like theatre. I always have. I like creative environments and creativity in general. The students who I work with in these sort of projects are definitely very creative.

  1. What is your favourite play?

I can’t decide which my favourite is, but the most important to me was and still is The Taming of the Shrew, a comedy by Shakespeare. It completely changed the way I look at things.
